I could not be happier with the service I received from Jason Hester. He was a consummate professional and thoroughly explained the issues I had with my AC unit. They called to confirm the day before they were scheduled to arrive. They arrived when they said they would. Mark was very professional and answered all of our questions when we were in the buying phase. Beau and Justin were professional installers. They were kind, conscientious of our property and the job they had to do. They worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely fashion. The two gentlemen that cleaned our duct work were professional as well, unfortunately I can remember their names. I would recommend Snyder any day for your heating and AC needs. A little pricey for the unit, but worth it in no hassle and excellent customer service!

Enabling an unqualified service provider to clean your ducts could be even worse than not having them cleaned at all. More particles could be separated and launched into your house or your HVAC system could be harmed.
Q. Just bought an older house. When we turn on the whole house fan, even with lots of windows open, some air is still drawn through our vents. This causes severe alergy attacks for my wife. The previous owners never had the furnace serviced, weren't the cleanest people, and had several cats. I can only imagine how nast all of the air ducts are. I cleaned out a couple of the reurn ducts and they were nasty with dust and construction debris. I want to have the system cleaned out well. I've gotten several quotes that vary pretty greatly in cost $179-$450. We have a small home with a finished basement that also has heating ducts. I want to choose a service that will do a great job, but have heard that some do a much better job than others. How do I know what to look for, or ask for in a good air duct cleaning service?
