This service call was excellent. I would highly recommend All Appliance Repair to anyone needing work. My dryer wasn't working and they fixed the belt and rod, and when it squealed after they left, they returned to add another part at no extra charge. They guarantee their work! In addition, they noticed the vents needed cleaning and did that while here. As well as being professional and efficient, they also cleaned up after their work. Five Star work!
Mike is an outstanding service Tech. Diagnosed my 30yr old a/c unit with a leaking evaporator coil. I made the choice to replace my old and tired A/C unit instead of repairing it. I Replaced it with a new 4 ton unit from ELITE A/C LLC. Best choice ever! Mike and Alex the installers were great. Very professional and knowledgeable. We have a small older home that has 5 same floor registers. We recently put in a new furnace and they suggested we get the ducts blown out. One seems to be particularly blocked. I also own the house next door where we put in the identical furnace. I might want to do that house as well, depending on the price of the first house. Thank you very much.
Okay let me start by saying I went to Abaco air solely off of their Google reviews thinking that they're a trustworthy company. I called them out just to service my AC that was working fine but just wanted to make sure everything was good and clean before the hot summer and to give me correct measurements on the air filter I need for my AC unit which is an odd size. I paid a service fee then and he said everything was good except for a little dirt on the coil but nothing that had to be done right away. Soon after my AC was serviced the AC unit started acting up and wasn't cooling the house during the day. I contacted them a couple days later and they told me they've been having a lot of calls like this and that it's probably just because it's really hot and to just give it time. I said okay I'll call back in a couple days. I've called several times and they said to check this check that and I did everything they said and still continue to not cool down the house. So finally I get somebody back out today and they said the AC unit was froze up and that it was filthy dirty and needed to be clean and the freon need to be charged so not only did I have to pay another service fee I had to pay $350 to clean it $250 for Freon and $100 service fee mind you I just paid a service fee three weeks prior of $120. I feel like had it been serviced the first time correctly I wouldn't have had to pay the $250 freon and another $100 service fee not to mention my electricity bill is going to be extremely high because the AC has been running nonstop trying to cool the house down. I'm trying to do all this from a hospital that I've been in for the past seven weeks so I go on Google to find a trustworthy company thinking I found one and then this happens. I have other children at home and I'll be bringing my husband home from the hospital soon so I have to make sure that the house is cool. I had no choice but to pay it. I will never use Abaco again and will tell all my friends to stay clear of them. When I contacted them about what's happened all I get is it must have been a miscommunication. Well that miscommunication cost me well over $400 more then what I should've had to pay to begin with. I paid $120 the first time they came out and $695 today. That's a lot of money for somebody that hasn't worked in seven weeks and will be out for another 30 days and my husband hasn't work because he's in the hospital from a motorcycle accident and won't be able to work again for a long time if ever. I'm not trying to get the job done free but feel like I could've avoided the additional costs had it been done right the first time. It kinda makes me think they did something the first time to have to come back and charge me a ridiculous amount to fix it because they know people need their AC right now as hot as it is outside. Lesson learned I will never use Abaco again.

Good, genuine company with lots of experience! I used Elite AC to replace an old unit for my grandmothers house. I don't know much about air conditioning so it was good to work with a trustworthy company who matched our needs from a financial standpoint and installed the unit promptly so my grandmother didn't have to deal with the heat. I worked with Joey who explained our options and helped us make a quick and informed decision. My grandmother loved him and asks how he is doing still. I'm happy he took the time to help us and we will continue to use them for any of our AC needs.
